His compassionate and enriching classes always leave me feeling
wonderfully restored - Aaron. I believe from my own experience and from my years teaching that yoga heals and strengthens our entire being and supports us to live with more mindfulness, presence and peace in daily life. My yoga training is from Bihar School of Yoga (Satyananda yoga) which is an integral style of yoga. I include an eclectic mix of practices to suit the whole personality. I believe yoga is for everyone and can be adapted to suit every persons individual needs, whether its improving strength, flexibility, balance, concentration and relaxation or all of the above. I am also a registered social worker and have a special interest in the area of health and wellbeing, particularly managing stress and anxiety. My experience includes teaching yoga in hospice, prison. drug and alcohol recovery and on mindfulness retreats. I'm also a keen kirtanist (musician) and nature lover. I look forward to you joining me for some yoga soon. Please get in touch for more info.
