Happy new year everyone

We are back to training for the year we hope you all had a good break now back to the grind so we can make them gains.

Monday and Thursday evenings

kids from 5.00pm to 6.30pm

Adults 7.00pm to 8.30/900pm

If your returning or looking to start a new resolution we hope to see you there

First two weeks free so you can come get amongst it then make an informed decision

Bring a towel drink and a smile then your all set.
