Train with Auckland’s only PADI 5 Star Career Development Center. 2 Course Directors, experienced instructors, and a proven pathway through our Diploma in Professional Scuba Instruction. We specialise in Scuba Instructor training and have a range of NZQA approved full and part time programs to accommodate anyone interested in taking up a career in scuba diving. Where ever your interests lie, from

learning to dive through to instructor level courses, then we have the experienced instructors and the facilities to take you there. In addition, we offer technical diver training through to instructor level on twinsets, sidemount and rebreathers. Our Dive Shop at Auckland Scuba has a large retail area with a huge range of international brands, competitive prices and knowledgeable staff. Our on site service department provides air fills, tests diving cylinders and will keep your regulators and BCDs in tip top shape. So join us on one of our many dive trips, both locally and aboard.

One of our favourite dive sites, Goat Island Marine Reserve 🌊🐟

Dive you know… it was New Zealand’s first marine reserve, established in 1975, and it’s now home to an incredible diversity of marine life thanks to full protection from fishing and collection?!

The DIPSI students are lucky enough to see firsthand how marine ecosystems thrive with minimal disturbance — from schooling snapper and blue maomao to kelp forests buzzing with life 💙🤿

A perfect place to build dive experience while learning what healthy, protected underwater environments really look like 🌊

Putting those nav skills to the test 🧭

DIPSI 1 put their underwater navigation training into practice, completing a dive from one site to another before being picked up at the end point.

A perfect chance to apply their planning, teamwork, and compass skills in a real dive environment!

And yes…those stairs had us all saying “I can’t go any further than this 😭.” 🪜🥾🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️🤿😅
