Barre at Studio 246 Total Barre workout classes. Improve strength, flexibility and posture with this fabulous workout! Hi! My name is Dani Miller.

I have been training my body and moving to music almost my whole life. I studied Exercise Science at Qld Uni of Technology and did post grad at AUT. I trained in Clinical Pilates and worked alongside physios in rehab clinics. I am a mother of 2 gorgeous girls and have done the Continence Foundation course on Pelvic Floor safe exercise. For the last 20 years I have been teaching many types of Group Fitness classes, including Les Mills classes. As a child I trained in classical ballet and continued until I was 20. Add all of this together and you have a fantastic foundation for a Barre instructor! Now I am certified in the Total Barre method of Barre training and am loving teaching my very own Barre classes here at Studio 246. With small class sizes I can give everyone the personalised attention and postural correction that makes Barre training so much more effective. Love to meet you at a Barre class soon!
