Elite Thai Kickboxing offers an alternative form of workout to your typical gym routine. Elevate your fitness to a new level with this intense and progressive combat training. Train in a friendly, ego-free environment amongst beginners and experienced fighters. Classes are energetic, informative, fun and no experience is necessary. Our fully equipped kickboxing gym in Penrose is easily accessible,

situated on a main public transport route, and has free parking. Our combat fitness facility is welcoming to all those interested in learning kickboxing, boxing or MMA. We provide a comfortable and non-intimidating environment to learn and train in. We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

Kickboxing and jiu jitsu classes for kids 7-12 years old.

➡️ Kickboxing is Mon, Wed at 4.30pm and Sat 12pm
➡️ Jiu Jitsu is Tue and Thu at 3.45pm
