Here I am as a Mountain Safety volunteer for the Kathmandu Coast to Coast.
This year I was the Tail End Charlie for the 1 dayers and had so much fun giving up my time and skills to help support others at this amazing event.

Have just finished reading Women in the Wilderness. What a fascinating read, complete admiration for Miriam and Peter living in the real Koru lounge! They started in the South Marlborough wilderness. Imagine if we did a similar stint if only for a overnight or few days or even a week once a year ......
