Thereโ€™s no one-size-fits-all answer. The best training frequency is the one you can do consistently.

โœ… Beginners: 2โ€“3 sessions per week

โœ… General health & fitness: 3โ€“5 sessions per week

โœ… Performance or specific goals: 4โ€“6 sessions per week

Remember, your body gets stronger during recovery, not just during training.

Quality workouts, good sleep, proper nutrition, and rest days are all part of the process.

Consistency beats perfection every time.

Live Stronger for Longer

We're excited to announce that our Active Strength & Balance Class is now ACC approved under the Live Stronger for Longer Falls Prevention Programme.

Designed specifically for older adults, these classes help participants:

- Improve strength and balance
- Increase confidence in everyday movement
- Reduce the risk of falls
- Help prevent fractures and maintain independence

Whether you're looking after your own wellbeing or know someone who could benefit, we'd love to welcome you into the programme.

This class runs 9am Tuesday's at Fitness Hub
