The North Shore Marathon is a Marathon (42.2km), Half Marathon (21.1km), Quarter Marathon (10.5km), 5km Fun Run/Walk, and KIDS Mile (1.6km) focussed on what runners want, hence being commonly referred to as the Peoples Marathon. The North Shore Marathon started in 2011 and was born out of the successful RUN Auckland Series which featured the North Shore City Half Marathon from 2007 - 2010. The Nor

th Shore Marathon has quickly grown over the years to be regularly Sold Out with 2000 participants each year, so get in Early. The event is held in Late August / Early September each year depending on the tidal conditions.
