T-MINUS 24 HOURS. ⏳

The nerves. The confidence. The excitement. The anticipation.

We caught up with a few of the crew to hear where their heads were at and what they were expecting before stepping onto the competition floor.

Everyone had something different to say, but when competition day came, there was only one thing left to do…

Special shoutout to CrossFit Apia for opening their doors to our crew and giving us a home away from home to train, acclimatise and get those final sessions in before competition. Nothing but love and appreciation for the hospitality shown to us while in Samoa. 🙏🏽🇼🇸❤️‍🔥

Competing in the Samoan heat is no joke, and keeping our athletes hydrated throughout the Toa Competition was a massive priority.

A huge fa’afetai tele lava to My Water Samoa for looking after our Hybrid Formula crew and making sure our athletes had access to plenty of water throughout the competition. 💧🙏🏽

And the results spoke for themselves…

Our final hit out is done. A good chance to move together, sharpen things up and get the bodies ready before the The Toa begin tomorrow night.

A huge fa’afetai tele lava to CrossFit Apia for welcoming our crew and opening their facility to us during our time in Samoa. We really appreciate the hospitality and support.
