A quiet rebellion against busyness is reaching a little further.
Over the past few months, Pause Society has been finding its feet here in our community. Together we've breathed, rested, connected, and remembered what it feels like to simply be.
And now I'm excited to share that this little idea of mine is beginning to spread its wings...
I'll be bringing a beautiful nervous system workshop and guided relaxation experience as part of a gorgeous restorative wellness retreat hosted by the lovely Tarsh at Casa Capo in Hunua.
It feels like such a natural next step. The same calming, nervous-system-focused experience you've come to know and love, now shared with an even wider community.
To everyone who has come to a Pause Society event, trusted me, encouraged me, or quietly cheered me on... thank you. You are a huge part of why this is possible.
It feels like the beginning of something really special. 💙
