Week 5 Update 💪

Week 5 of my fitness reset, and it’s going great but week 4 was terrible as i was sick the whole week🥴

I still have a long way to go, so I thought I’d share some of my staple exercises that I’ve been using for most of my workouts.

I keep changing the sets and reps, and sometimes I turn them into circuit training too. It keeps things fun and interesting! 😍

Week 5 update: I’ve lost 3 kg already, but I’m not in a weight-loss phase anymore. You’ll see all the updates in my next YouTube vlog! 🎥
