Sometimes gym is not the first priority, and that’s okay. Fitness is about finding ways to stay active anywhere, anytime. 💪
Today’s workout:
• Warm-up: squats, arm circles, dead bug, bird dog
• Side to side squats
• Deadlifts
• Bicep curls
• Lunges with hammer curls
• Push ups + squats
• One arm shoulder press (kneeling)
• Dumbbell switches
• Close push ups + one arm row
Keep moving, no matter what. ✨
