There are times I am not teaching movement.
But helping someone trust their body, while managing injuries.
So they keep movement in their day.
Group fitness, exercises and movement is even more important when life happens.

Being given the opportunity to help grow young hockey players is something I have been doing for the past 10years.
They have taught me so much about how they learn, why they play sport and curiosity.
It is just privilege to be doing what I love for the sport I love.

A little about this inspiring young lady…..
Aksh*ta Nama Aksh*ta Nama a well-known Auckland-based Bollywood dancer, choreographer, and the founder of Indiance, a premier dance school and production company in New Zealand. Under her leadership, the company produces large-scale theatrical shows and teaches Bollywood dance to the community.
Aksh*ta and her team have been working relentlessly on their latest production, checkout their page INDIANCE NZ , give them some support, the show is well worth watching.

Training outdoors over the winter season is challenging for most. But these guys show up every week, they have been showing up for the past 7 years.

Doing the same thing and expecting a different result….
As we age, the different stages of our lives require different approaches towards training and nutrition.
For both men and women.
The training regime you had in your 20’s maybe or may not serve your health into the 30’s 40’s and onwards.
So if you are feeling stuck, or not getting the same endorphins post training, getting injured more often and daily aspects doing life are frustrating.
Then it’s probably about time to rethink, your nutrition and training.
