Hello lovelies 🌟
Happy New Year!
I hope you have all had a blissful weekend & a wonderful holiday season...
Just sneaking on here to remind you that Mat Pilates classes with me resume this upcoming week!
I am excited to bring you new flows, new props, new playlists, and a FAN (like i promised) to our 45 minute feel good flowly-burny classes.
If I saw you in 2022, I can't wait to have you back!
If you are new to Pilates or looking at joining at class in 2023, feel free to get in touch or read the info below 🙂

Monday 5.15pm-6pm

(Wednesday AM classes TBC in February)

Investment: Casual Class: $15 / Ten Class Pack $125 (Equals $12.50 per class)
