With over 23 challenges behind us (BFT GLOBAL) itβs time to evolve how we do challenges at BFT Airport Oaks! Making them more inclusive, more personalised, and more aligned with why you train.
Welcome to the BFT Reset Challenge πͺ
This challenge isnβt about chasing a single definition of success. Not everyone trains for the same reasons, some want better habits and energy, some want performance gains, and others are focused on body composition and transformation. All of those goals matter, and now weβre building a challenge that supports them properly.

This challenge introduces three Training Streams:
β’ Lifestyle β Build consistency, energy, and sustainable habits
β’ Performance β Push limits, improve output, chase PBs
β’ Transform β Focus on body composition, data and measurable change
Youβll be placed into a stream that best matches your goals: meaning your coaching, accountability, and experience will feel more relevant and motivating for you.
Youβll still train together as one community, but within your stream, youβll get targeted support and team connection around what actually matters to you.
