Meet Our Instructors 🤎 GEMMA 🤎

I’ve always been into fitness and found Pilates along the way — and was hooked pretty quickly. I started out teaching mat Pilates before moving into reformer, which I absolutely love.

Alongside teaching, I’m also a registered nurse, so I’m passionate about helping people move well and take care of their bodies. My classes are supportive, a little spicy and never too serious — with a focus on feeling strong and confident
