Okay!! ☔️🌧️ Just out of the box tonight - their new Dry Liners, because in Auckland it randomly rains and rugging a wet horse on a chilly but still warmish night is a rain scald risk (I never want to repeat)! Just their Amigo 900d sheets overtop to keep the wet chill off.
Yay for textile advances and not needing to stuff the rug with hay to ‘thatch dry’ them off.

It’s my new rubber chicken ‘dinner bell’!!
Calling the boys up from the bottom of the track because sometimes my whistle is too quiet, and I’m pretty sure the neighbours would rather I didn’t just shout their names across the hills. Funny thing is that it fully works- up they run!

2 big days at The Equine System - Auckland Clinic. Moving specific parts of your horse on the ground and from the saddle - without pulling on your reins. It’s been a huge weekend and I’m so pleased Benji got to come on the second day as a stand in for Neevie’s horse. She’s an awesome young equestrian and enjoyed helping him wrap his head around the day!
