New to Pilates or keen to build a strong foundation? Our 4-week Beginner Course is the perfect place to start.
Designed to help you feel confident and comfortable in the studio, this course will teach you the fundamentals of Pilates, including core activation, technique, and safe movement patterns. You’ll progress each week, building strength, stability and body awareness in a supportive, small-group environment.

* Starts: Tuesday 3rd March
* Time: 11am – 11.45am (45-minute sessions)�
* Duration: 4 consecutive weeks�
* Bonus: Includes a 5th class, choose any session on our timetable during the final week that suits you�

We are excited to be offering another round of the beginners course for those who are interested in starting reformer pilates but are nervous about jumping into our regular classes.

We are kicking off with a 4-week workshop series starting Sunday 8th Sept 10am.

Over these 4x 45 minute sessions, you will learn the fundamentals of reformer pilates, all while getting a great workout.
