As we are all aging every single day, its important to remember what impacts exercise has on our health and wellbeing. There shouldn't be any limitations to joining that gym or exercise group you've been thinking about for years and never got round to or felt confident enough too and i encourage you to do so more now than ever 😊🥰
Here are just a few factors to consider and working with most of my clients i always try and reinforce this and remind them there journey's aren't just temporary they will impact there lives in 5- 50 years time ❤️
