It is with great sadness that we acknowledge the passing of Siutu Ah Kuoi (née Masina), beloved wife of the Late Fred Senior and loving mother of Fred, Peter, the late Galuafi, Andrew, Elisapeta, Paul, grandchildren and great grandchildren - a much loved matriarch of the Richmond Rovers family. The Ah Kuoi family has been an integral part of our club for decades 💙❤️

10 March 1931 – 12 October 2026

Siutu passed away peacefully, returning to the loving arms of her Heavenly Father 🕊️

On behalf of The Richmond Rovers Rugby League Club, and all our past and present players, club officials and families, we extend our heartfelt condolences to Siutu’s family and loved ones during this time of loss.

To Siutu and the Ah Kuoi family, we acknowledge the years of loyalty and support Siutu gave our club, standing proudly on our sidelines wearing our maroon and blue. Her presence was part of the fabric of our club, and we are grateful for the connection she and her family have shared with Richmond over the decades.

We hold you all close in our thoughts and prayers, and pray you find comfort in your faith, strength in one another and peace in the memories you hold dear.

The family will share details of funeral arrangements and visitation times in due course.

This was simply a hard one to write up about … 😢

It’s with great sadness that we share the passing of one of our own, John-Afi Atafu Stowers. 💙

From Mini-Mods to the international grades, Premiers Men’s Ball Boy, Original Academy squad member, 100 year Centennial ball runner, and always lending a hand around the club, a kid like many who grew up at
The DoggPound like many others he spent every weekend at our loved club as a player, member making memories and much more also supporting his parents when they were officials/club volunteers.

You left us Peacefully and gained your wings too soon!

John-Afi was one of our Richmond babies to a young man. Quiet, humble, and always willing to help, he had Richmond at heart.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time.

Rest in Peace, John-Afi. Fly high, you've earned your wings. 🕊️

🌹 ROSEBUDS MAKING THEIR MARK IN BRISBANE!

A massive shout out to our Rosebuds Carayanidis Ta’akimoeaka-Pulu and Tayla Fiu who both made their debut for the BMD Premier Women’s side in Brisbane over the weekend! 🔥

At just 17 years old, both girls stepped up and showed they belong, not looking a touch out of place amongst the Premier Women. Such an awesome achievement and a reflection of the hard work and determination they’ve put in.

We are incredibly proud of you both! And a special shout out to your Roses tuakana Gloria Fiu, who you now get to share the field with 🙌

What a special journey to have our Rosebuds and Roses taking the field together, keeping our Richmond family on the map! 🌹

😁 Thank you to all those that brought Supporters Tees for this weeks Grand Finals we are organising a Supporters Bus to take us up to North Harbour Stadium leaving the club at 11am sharp this Saturday and returning back to the club 3pm

Get behind our clubs grand final this weekend!!

Every week, our U6–U12 club kids take the field with a love for the game that reminds us why our volunteers do what we do. Every pass, tackle, try, and lesson learned is helping shape the next generation of Richmond Rovers 🥹

Our Richmond Tuckshop was proud to be selected as the winner of The Peckish Kiwi Free Giveaway Drop, recognised amongst local clubs for our great food and community spirit. 💙❤️

Throughout July, we celebrated by surprising some of our customers with FREE hot chippies. There were plenty of smiles, happy faces, and not a single fry left behind! 🍟😄

A huge thank you to The Peckish Kiwi for this amazing community initiative and for helping us give back to the people who support our club week in, week out. We truly appreciate your generosity and support!
