YOGA FOR THE CREATIVE COMMUNITY. 🌤️ Our K'rd stidio is a space where movement meets real connection. Some people come straight from work. Some roll in a bit dusty from the night before. Some are regulars, some are brand new to yoga. The Button Factory’s one of those spaces where people are open to actually talk to each other. Familiar faces, new ones each week. Hang around for a cup of tea or chill and use the space after class. ☕️

If you’ve been curious about yoga but felt a bit intimidated by studio culture, this might be the place. This is yoga that’s human, relaxed, and real. A place where connection matters as much as the practice itself.

You don’t need to be flexible. You don’t need the perfect outfit. You don’t even need to know what you’re doing. Just bring your body, your breath, and a little curiosity.

Daily classes running throughout the week with beautiful teachers and a good crew of humans showing up for themselves and each other.

🧘‍♂️ FIRST TIME TRYING YOGA? THIS IS YOUR SIGN. 💫 Think yoga isn’t for you because you’re not flexible? Perfect. That’s like saying you’re too thirsty to drink water.

Yoga isn’t about touching your toes.

It’s about breathing deeper.
Slowing the noise.
Feeling better in your body.
Sleeping better.
Handling life with a bit more ease.

Honestly… it can be life-changing. And you don’t need experience, special gear, or a certain “type of body” to start.

🌈 If you’ve been curious, this is your low-pressure entry point. Real people. Real vibe. Right here on K Road.

✅ 10 DAYS UNLIMITED — $40

Try different classes, different styles, different times. Find what works for you.

No pressure. No perfection. Just start where you are.

Yoga is a practice of remembering how to be fully here. It's a way of moving through life with balance, presence, and purpose. 🌸

When body, breath, and attention come into flow:

• Stress softens
• Focus strengthens
• Emotions stabilise
• Actions become more aligned

And from that inner order, outer results follow naturally.

Yoga is not about achieving a pose.
It is about cultivating a state.

A state where you are grounded, aware, and responsive to life rather than reactive to it.

As the tradition reminds us:
“When the breath is steady, the mind becomes steady.”

If you’re feeling the pull to slow down, reconnect, and create more balance in your life, this is your invitation.

🧘‍♀️ BEING REAL TOGETHER 🙆‍♂️ Yoga Aotearoa provides a space where you don’t have to perform. You don’t have to look a certain way, arrive with answers, or be “on.”

You can come exactly as you are. Tired. Open. Curious. Unsure.
There’s room for all of it. 🤍

This isn’t about achievement or appearance.
It’s about being real with each other.
And, letting things be a little less polished and a little more grounded.

A place to land, to soften, to come to your senses.
