🚨 “TOXIC ENVIRONMENT”

It’s become the easiest excuse in rugby.
You get dropped.
You’re challenged.
You’re held accountable.

“Coach has created a toxic environment .”

No.
Maybe the coach just has standards.

Truth?
Some players create a narrative instead of looking in the mirror.
They blame the environment instead of their effort.

The best coaches aren’t always the most liked.
They demand effort.
Discipline.
Consistency.
That’s why their teams improve.
High standards aren’t toxic.
Accountability isn’t abuse.
Being challenged isn’t bullying.
