So good to see the Parents giving it a go and find out these exercises were not easy and how time have eroded flexibilities they all once had 😅😅😅!! Use it or lose it they say! We are running another one this Saturday as it’s our last class for this term!! We will be sure to really put the parents through their paces and challenge them a bit! Osss!!
