Good vibes, full mats, and a room that didn’t want it to end.

Big thank you to Prof. Vicente Calvacanti for sharing not just techniques, but the thinking behind them. The way he guided the room—breaking things down, building them back up, and making everyone part of it—made this more than just a seminar.
