🌟 Promoting Carrom, Connection & Wellbeing 🌟

The Carrom Man was delighted to attend the Wellbeing Seminar organised by the Auckland Multicultural Council.

It was a great opportunity to showcase the game of Carrom to attendees from diverse communities. Many participants tried their hand at Carrom, enjoyed a few friendly games, and learned more about this wonderful traditional game.

Carrom is more than just a game — it brings people together, encourages social interaction, concentration and friendly competition, making it a great activity for people of all ages and backgrounds.

A big thank you to the Auckland Multicultural Council for organising the seminar and giving us the opportunity to introduce Carrom to more people in our multicultural community.

Celebrating India’s 80th Independence Day in Auckland

The Carrom Man is delighted to attend the wonderful Indian Independence Day celebration organised by Rainbow Celebrating Life Trust and DrRajesh Rana Joshi.

A fantastic evening filled with vibrant cultural performances, patriotic spirit, and a great sense of community. It was wonderful to see people come together to celebrate India’s rich culture, heritage, and the spirit of independence.✨

Congratulations to all the performers, volunteers, and organisers for putting together such a memorable event.

🎉 What an Amazing Day at the Fiji Girmit Health & Wellbeing Expo 2026! 🎉

We were delighted to be part of the Fiji Girmit Foundation NZ Health & Wellbeing Expo 2026 held at the A1 Event Centre.

A heartfelt congratulations to the Fiji Girmit Foundation NZ फिजी गिरमिट फौंडेशन न्यू ज़ीलैण्ड for organizing such a fantastic community event that promoted health, wellbeing, education, and togetherness. It was wonderful to see so many people come together to learn, connect, and enjoy the day.

Our Carrom activity was a huge success! 🎯 It was fantastic to see people of all ages stopping by our stall to learn, play, and enjoy friendly games of carrom. The excitement, laughter, and positive energy throughout the day made it a truly memorable experience.

Thank you to everyone who visited our stall, played a game, and shared in the fun. Your enthusiasm and support made the day even more special. A special thanks to Rima Nakhle, Lalit Arya, Matthew Paul and Emma Chatterton for Papakura for playing carrom with The Carrom Man

🌟 1st Seva Charitable Trust Carrom Tournament for Seniors – A Wonderful Success! 🌟

We are delighted to share that The Carrom Man, in association with SEVA Charitable Trust New Zealand, recently conducted the 1st Seva Charitable Trust Carrom Tournament for Seniors and what a fantastic and heartwarming event it was! 🎉

The tournament brought together enthusiastic senior participants who played with incredible focus, sportsmanship, and joy. It was truly inspiring to see the energy, laughter, and friendly competition. Carrom once again proved that age is no barrier when it comes to passion and skill!

A heartfelt thank you to Kanwaljit Singh Bakshi and Nilima Ji for their continuous support, encouragement, and coordination in making this event possible. Your commitment to community wellbeing and engagement is truly appreciated.

We also extend our sincere thanks to all the wonderful participants who made the tournament lively and memorable. Your enthusiasm and sportsmanship made the event special.

At The Carrom Man, our mission is to promote Carrom across New Zealand and create opportunities for social connection, mental engagement, and community bonding and this event was a beautiful example of that vision in action.
