Papakura HER Project Session 4: Yesterday we brought these girls to for a Bootcamp style workout and a shared lunch! 🌯🏋🏼‍♀️

Workout 45sec on/ 15sec off 3 sets at each station with 1 minute rest between stations! ✨

S1: KB Squats
S2: Battle ropes
S3: Air Bike
S4: Sled Push
S5: G2OH with 5kg Bumper plate
S6: Box step ups

Recap of Session 3: Recovery and healthy snack making! 🧘🏼‍♀️🍎

We started off with a small yoga flow led by .furness showing these young ladies the importance of stretching and mobility. We then finished off with a guided meditation led by one of our leaders

For the rest of the workshop we focused on easy, yummy & healthy snacks.
