This mornings menu is:

Entree:
Core activations front + back
Hip mobility and activation s

Main course:
Bulgarian Split squats
W/ side of Tibialis Anterior

Banded RDL
W/ some calf raises to chase

Dessert:
Sissy Squats
w/ a Glute bridge to accompany.
+ 30sec stretches on each muscle group.

Live in 15 mins

Live streaming my own at home workout at 8:30am..
Feel free to join in, just bring:
A 3M+ ROPE or TRX.
A couple of reusable bags with heavy objects. (Cans/books/etc)
And that's it!
Enjoy your mornings with movement!
Ask questions for help adjusting workouts to your own environment :)
