We are deeply saddened to share that after a long and courageous battle with metastatic lung cancer, our beloved Rony (James) has passed away at Middlemore Hospital.
Please keep him in your prayers — may the Almighty grant him eternal peace.
Rony’s family has decided to take his body back to Bangladesh for his final rites and burial. Unfortunately, the cost of repatriation exceeds NZD $15,000. After months of intensive cancer treatment, his savings have been nearly exhausted.
In this time of grief, we humbly request the support of our community to help cover the cost of bringing him home.
