A lot of business owners run what I call a “flat business” 👇🏼

There’s no windows of excitement.

No ‘reason’ for people to buy now vs. in a month (spoiler: you’ve lost a customer because they never actually end up buying ‘next month’)

The product based owners that make the most money, are the ones that hold multiple launches and promotions each year.

Because this happens 👇🏼
• cash spike
• new followers
• new email subscribers
• more reviews
more BUZZ around your brand (this is underrated….but ridiculously important)

This creates a snowball effect which also means more sales in-between launches, and a bigger next launch, too.

Your product aren’t bad. You just haven’t got windows of excitement in your business.

Look, I know you’re on Instagram all the time. I know you’re posting content. But that doesn’t matter unless you nail this:

You need to create content that your audience can see themselves in, and that plays out the actual scenarios they’re living (or the thoughts they’re having in their head).

This really is how I pay my mortgage by only posting approx 4 times a week (!!!!)

You need to follow a launch plan that’s designed for an e-commerce business.

Why does the timeline have to be different? 🤷🏼‍♀️

Because it’s an entirely different customer journey! The end product is physical (not digital), so different steps are required, AND the prelaunch phase is longer.
