Some sparring from today’s class.
Urban sport kids starting to get creative with their sparring. We got very surprised when We saw fakes, good blocking, using range and also teep kicks when their sparring partner came into attack.

Well done team looking forward to more next week

Monday class - second week back from holidays.

Everyone has been training really hard and it is starting to show. A few of our new students are really starting to use good technique.

We have started some light sparring / drill work after class. Looking forward to seeing everyone’s progress this term

Some of Wednesday’s class. There was only 1 class this week because of Easter but everyone was on form and worked hard. Seeing lots of progress with the new students really trying hard to learn the fundamentals
