As an Indian man living overseas, I think that the hardest thing to develop when I first started my gym training was learning to eat the same amount of food each day.
I think we can either eat too much food, or eat too little food and wonder why our body composition is not changing.
We also don’t have a plan of action as to how to make the most out of our season of building or loosing fat.
The key is to:
1. Eat lower density foods.
2. Start tracking consistently what you are eating.
3. Eat at a timed time
4. Meal prep in advance so that you are always ready.
5. Give your body time to change before increasing or dropping the amount of food you consume.
