Hey whanau. Lockdown is a rollercoaster. I adored meeting this clip in the Brenne Brown Dare to Lead course I did last year of how vulnerability and courage work together. I get broken open how she steps out on her own, then absorbs the energy shared by another, embraces it all and by the end infectiously lifts others. I'm using it as our cool down tomorrow as I feel we do somehow share all that we are as we dance together. Our crumbling and our strength is glorious ladies! 80s videos are so inspiring! It reinforces that our party is all about joy of colour, music and bopping rather than being able to do "choreography'. Please reassure your people we're all embracing and no experience necessary. Can't wait! Tickets sales are going well but still some available.

my daugher asked "do they know it's just crazy fun and they don't have to dress pretty at a Zumba party?" and suggested I add a few photos from my last one.
