Yesterday, we celebrated the wedding of Molly and Peter 💚
Molly is my friend and also my client 🥹
We have been working together for the past 4 months to help her feel amazing on this big day, and she just looked incredibly beautiful! She really is STUNNING 🥵
I cannot wait to share her transformation with you all 🥰
This is how I stay on track at an event like this:
✅ I had my meals as usual before the wedding (I had 3 meals before this)
✅ I stick with water and Coke Zero as my go-to drinks
✅ Because I am already pretty full from my meals in the morning, I am not hungry until a bit later. Therefore, I don’t need to snack and feel that I need to eat all the appetizers.
✅ For the main meal, we had 3 courses, and portions were pretty decent, so I just ate until I was satisfied, not full.
✅ I was already pretty full by the second course, so I skipped the dessert.
