Big shout-out to all you amazing swimmers! It’s been a great year of coaching you all in the squad and working personally on your technique. I say this every year, but it is true, what makes the squad special is the camaraderie and encouragement that everyone is giving to each other. Thank you for your contribution to making this squad so special.

The squad is taking a 3 week break from the 21rd of December. The sessions are commencing again from the 12th of January!

It’s exceptional to have visitors like them😀!

We got a lot of things done:

- video analysis to see how we can improve the stroke and why they have experienced pain in the shoulders/ elbow.
- joining the squad and falling in love with how we do specific pace work with all our swimmers
- setting up Guru where they can have access to all the drills, training plans, and specific fault fixer sessions according to their needs
- setting a plan for the next NZ open water season!

See you again when you are back in Auckland😃👍🏻!
