Been in a bit of a backlog with everything happening this year. 😮‍💨 I had the privilege of speaking at early July 2025 🔥 to entrepreneur tradies as a professional trainer on all things health, fitness, pain, posture and ways to still keep up a fit life even if you are working 14-16 hour days. 🫡

The feedback was positive! ✅️ The crowd really enjoyed my back story, my journey of pain, my busy life schedule and how I still managed to do something despite hitting low lows for the last 3-5 years. The tips and tricks were really useful they found.

It's been a journey, but I appreciate that it brought me to these guys finding me and asking me to speak at their event!
