Due to the updated alert scale now at level 3 we will be closing the gym at 7pm tonight until further notice.

We are truly gutted but we are all in this together.
We will not be taking out any payments as of next week and will reactivate once we are given the all clear.

We do apologize for the inconvenience and we are so so grateful for all your support since we have taken over.

Another week bites the dust 💯👌🏽 4 weeks into my cut and I’ve been sick all week but still managing to get my work done in the gym. Pretty happy overall as I’ve had some good days and bad days as expected. The end goal is near just gotta keep turning up and getting the work done. Have a good long weekend peeps hard
