Notice of Mountain Bike Ashburton AGM

7pm Monday 7th September EA Networks Centre

Thank you for valuing your local River loop Trail and Skills Park, we hope you have had great opportunities to get out there and ride over the winter.  Spring is coming and so is the better riding weather, to kick it off we thought we would invite you to our AGM. 

In order to keep our track in great condition we need to function as a Charitable entity, in our case an Incorporated Society and with that comes some formality, the AGM. We would like to see some of you support the committee by attending and maybe asking how you can contribute. Bring your ideas, bring your concerns, bring your encouragement. As a committee we are managing but there is definitely opportunity for more to be involved. We have 2 valued committee members potentially standing down so it would be great to have some others pick up the batten.

So come along and hear the Chairpersons and Treasurers reports, give us your feedback and support the work.

A huge THANK YOU to Real Steel Ashburton, Rainer Irrigation, Tech1 Industries and West Farms for supporting the engineering and manufacturing of our new trailer. It easily moves 3-4 barrows of basalt from A to B.

Many helpers make light work at our Hakatere River Loop Track. Over many years this track has been developed, refined and maintained, by volunteers. Thanks to all that have contributed over time to an awesome community asset. Get out and enjoy it.
