- Personalised training programming every 6 or 8 weeks for in gyms
- Personalised training programming for individuals who do not want to step foot in gyms, along with lifestyle coaching
- I offer sit down sessions to calculate your personalised calorie and protein targets, which includes help on nutrition through feedback on food diaries and ongoing support via weekly check ins, conversations on better choices and healthy eating guidelines. Tips on cutting down calories with simple swap outs and help you gain a better understanding/awareness on nutrition for a healthy relationship with food
- I offer 10min screening sessions which includes measurements, body fat assessments via skin folds, photos for those who want a way to assess progress and keep accountability
- I offer 1RM sessions (one rep max testing)
- I run HIIT classes
- I offer sit down goal setting sessions, discussions on barriers and how we can overcome them so we don’t hold ourselves back
Anyone can book in for any of my services, all abilities/fitness levels welcomed. Banter comes free with all services, I encourage this all to feel relaxed and enjoyable, because the truth is we don’t often stick to things we don’t enjoy. So let’s have fun with it along the way ☺️
