Canterbury University Snow Sports Club - CUSSC The uni club your parents warned you about. Welcome to the rest of your life. Welcome to CUSSC. This club will change your life.

The Snow Sports Club is about snowboarding, skiing and having fun in the mountains with other uni students. We run events throughout the year in town and at Temple Basin, our club field in Arthur’s pass where we OWN a lodge! We also arrange carpooling to the mountains every weekend, but our main events are the big party weekends up at Temple. At only $135 for a full weekend including 2 days lift passes, accommodation and food. It’s great value, and it’s much more fun staying a night or two in a ski lodge and chilling with other students than just driving to a field for a day. TICKET RELEASE ORDER:
MON 17th Aug 7pm: Ski Week & 6 Day Soldier

WED 19th Aug 7pm: 36 Hours of Pleasure & Freeride Plus

FRI 21st Aug 7pm: Freeride
*Please note Freeride ticket availability will be subject to Freeride Plus sales*

Bivouac Freeride competition will take place Saturday (Aug 29th) and will have a range of categories, open to ALL, from top skiers, all the way to first time skiers! EVERYONE IS WELCOME NO MATTER YOUR ABILITY. It’s a guaranteed ball of a time! There will be 2 DJS and live bands performing on both Saturday and Sunday night, so get prepared for the biggest boogie you will ever experience!
We have heaps of prizes to give away thanks to our amazing sponsors (Bivouac Outdoor and heaps more) With top university ski clubs from across New Zealand joining in on the fun, you will not want to miss out!

Ski week will continue from the Monday morning until Thursday so the fun can continue! Meaning more runs, more mates and more chances to send it (or get sent)

*Another note*: we don’t organise transport, please budget in fuel $$ for your driver

CUSSC Is Turning 85🎉
The Canterbury University Snow Sports Club has been sending it since 1941 - and we’re not ones to turn down a chance to celebrate!
Join us for a legendary birthday weekend packed with good vibes, good tunes, and even better company.
Whether you’re a long-time member or new to the scene, this is your chance to party like it’s 1941 (but with way better gear).
Your ticket includes:
* A cozy bed for the night
* Succulent meals
* Return transport (to and fro)
* Primo live tunes from our very own DJ BLOOD AND GORE and DJ Fordie
