Temple Basin A kiwi skifield with some of the best big mountain terrain you'll find anywhere. Located in the heart of the Southern Alps, Arthur's Pass National Park.

Temple Basin is New Zealand's premier ski in, ski out club ski area. Comfortable accomodation and facilities with mind blowing terrain accessed by a mix of the classic Kiwi rope tow and hiking. Infinite back country riding terrain beyond the ski area boundary that receives copious amounts of snow, especially from the north west.

A truly exceptional weekend at the Basin highlighting our team’s spirit and perseverance. With a big groovy party planned Saturday night and an impromptu Splicing party starting in the late afternoon while the weather packed in. The Temple Basin team got the job done! A well deserved dance floor session was had. We 🤍 our Ski Patrol and club members so much.
