We’re already 3 weeks into our 8-week challenge, and I’m thrilled to see everyone’s progress! Each challenge, I like to mix things up to keep it fresh and exciting, especially for our repeat participants.
This time, the focus isn't just on weight loss—it's about mindfulness, setting goals, and exploring new fitness techniques! One of the highlights so far has been trying out aerial silks and hoops, and we had an absolute blast at North Canterbury Aerials.
Highly recommend Sarah at NC Aerial Arts! She took the time to guide each of us through the moves and made sure we felt confident performing them. We all walked away feeling accomplished, even after the teams initial 'oh, no!' reactions walking in. Such a fun experience!
