Hi Everyone,

Information regarding the implementation of the Covid Protection Framework for North Canterbury Boxing Club Inc.

As your all aware by now as a gym we are facing the Governments Vaccine Pass mandate as of Friday 3rd December 2021.

For us to continue to keep the doors open through all levels of the Covid Protection Framework we are choosing to opt-in to being a Vaccine Mandated gym.

This has definitely been a hard decision for us as a club as we are aware that it will exclude some very loyal and hardworking fighters and members but it is a necessary move for us to ensure that we can continue to stay open. We recognize and respect that everyone has a right to choose whether to be vaccinated and regardless of our personal beliefs or preferences you will only be able to enter NCBC if you are vaccinated, no exceptions.

As of Friday 3rd December 2021 every person that is eligible (12 years of age and over) will be required to produce their digital vaccination pass or a copy of their certificate to be scanned.

We appreciate your support and patience through these times as we work through this process and we will continue to keep you updated as we possibly move to other levels (green or red) and what that will mean to us in the operation of the gym.

As I’m sure everyone is aware NCBC is unable to open under L3 restrictions. Keep on hitting the road and stay fit and fast and ready to get back into the gym. We look forward to seeing you all again soon, take care 😊

Started off with our Sunday Boxfit team now look at her !!! Come support Rach as she gets in the ring for her first time 🥊

Introducing our next fighter up on our 15th May card. Rachel Basher, she comes with full on energy. Busy as through the days with full time job, Ambo worker, University study and adventure racing she spends her nights training to be a boxer. Dont miss this fight as Rachel puts it on the line and promises to be a top performer on the night. You all need to come along and support Rachel as she throws down in the ring.
