Glenora (today known as Ora) was the out Station of Akitio Station back in the early years & comprised of 90,000ac. It was purchased by Francis Armstrong in 1876, and has been handed down through the generations since then. It used to be known as one of the great Stations in the Wairarapa, North Island of New Zealand. Glenora is now down to 6,700ac & still remains in the Armstrong family today, which now has a manager on running the day to day farming side. Tim & Frecks Armstrong along with their 3 children, Michaela, Hamish & Thomas run the hunting side of the station & have 500 hives to tend to also. Visit us at ......

Alister has been hunting here for 10-15 years with his dad, now he has bought his son Jack (6) for a 3 day hunt. (3rd generation)
Truely humbling that they have returned once or twice a year since then.
Jack was amazing, he loved every aspect of his trip. Hunting, tramping, bush stalking and fishing for tuna (eels)
He tells me we will see him next year on his 7th birthday 🥰😂😂
