Last year I had the wonderful experience to be in NEPAL, a country with such a beautiful, peaceful and loving atmosphere.

The people are so welcoming , the food is delicious, music and dancing are divine, the landscape and the mountains are simply astounding, the experience of existence is full of gratefulness.

This pictures were taken last year at the 2015 Trail Challenge Run " RUN FOR HOPE AND SMILE NEPAL " , a fantastic race held in Pokhara.

It was a fun running challenge up the hill of Sarangkot, a beautiful rural village where the birds and the paragliders meet in the sky to fly above...

the earth- walkerunners , a mixed group 70 participants from different nationalities, who decided to run up and down the trails of a beautiful hill and enjoy the beautiful views of one of the most incredible landscapes of the world.

This year , Trail Challenge will be in COLOMBIA.
