Trying out as many different yoga studios and teachers as possible while here in Pokhara! It’s kind of hit or miss because most studios are either closed for two months for the off season or teachers cancel orjust don’t show up because of the off season. So far I’m just the only one who does for these classes starting at $5 or 500rps..... this one was a 60 minute traditional Hatha yoga class... pretty relaxing way to start the day

Out following the signs! Took a traditional Hatha class this morning with the rain coming down all around! It was refreshing and beautiful! Just me and my fellow friend and teacher, Alla, were the only 2 in class! What a great way to celebrate the morning with a private session in Pokhara, Nepal.. close to the lake! Namaste 🙏

It’s official...
Body by Rockwell is now offering yoga classes in addition to core barre fusion, thai stretch and core yoga fusion ... graduation day and happens to be International Yoga Day! Namaste! 💕😘😎💥

Done in another week and half... back on the 6th of July! Gearing up for summer retreats upstate and rooftop pop up classes of core fusion and yoga and other fusion classes! PM for more info requests! Also been doing FaceTime privates while I’m away! Very fun and still super challenging! Can’t wait to see you 😍💕

Body by Rockwell is staying in NYC to teach for the month of May and has now reserved for yoga certification for the month of June... in Nepal! Whoop!
