Last year, we walked to P**n Hill together.

This year, after leading a 200 hour teachers training in Pokhara, The School of Yoga with Joan Hyman chose to return.

We value working with Joan Hyman because our standards align. She brings a genuinely interesting group, people who are curious, engaged, and willing to do the work. Her expectations are high, and so are ours.

Joan is deeply committed to her own practice, and she leads from that place. The sessions are strong and demanding, advanced and precise, and designed to move everyone forward.

This footage is from an inspired morning practice on our journey to P**n Hill in March 2025. When we dig deep like that, the Himalayas feel like the right setting. The scale of the landscape supports the depth of the effort.

We are glad to be going on another Himalayan journey together again this week, this time to Mardi Himal.

A new name, and a clearer expression of what we do.

For years, many of you have travelled with us through Kamala Yoga Nepal: trekking in the Himalayas, practicing yoga at sunrise, sharing long dinners and meaningful conversations along the way.

Today we step forward as Prana Vista.

We continue to design and deliver yoga-led journeys in Nepal in collaboration with established teachers, with the same team, the same care, and the same depth of experience — now with a brand that reflects our focus more clearly.

Founded in 2017, our work remains grounded in the Himalayas, with select collaborations in the Alps.

If you have journeyed with us before, thank you for being part of this evolution. If you are new here, welcome.
