University Bulls Cricket Club The home of the University Cricket Club inc. (affiliated with Darwin and Districts Cricket Competition).

In 2024, the University Bulls Cricket Club found itself in a position where it could no longer continue. From early 2024, the club has been subsumed by the Waratah Warriors Cricket Club. Club life members have been transferred to Waratah Warriors CC, and a number of teams also transferred. Thank you to Waratah Warriors CC for maintaining aspects of the University Bulls Cricket Club within their club.

Met some fine young Nepalese boys readying themselves for a game of cricket, starting tomorrow morning at 7 am (but maybe 7.30 lol). Asked if I used to play in national team hahahaha. I'll head down and have a look and maybe do some umpiring for them.

They were so polite and keen to learn, so I gave them a basic off spin bowling coaching session, with all my trick balls, from the fast arm ball, stock delivery andy.flying saucer. Nice start to the day.

Merger signing off
On Monday the 18th at 6 pm at Waratahs Gardens Oval, there will be a signing ceremony for the amalgamation of University and Waratah Cricket Club's. Please respond to this message, if any of you are interested to attend and you will be added to the list.

At this stage we have 5-6 past and present members attending, so will be a bit of a quiet get together (given it is Monday)
