Today i proved myself that of some one will trouble me then i can make it double for it / that ...lol.
My sleep troubled me in between after 3 hours of my deep sleep then i troubled her for 3 hours in GYM !

After a couple of month once again - CARDIO AGAIN - No pain No gain !! Thank you my friend ! Mustafa ! So far almost 6 kgs weight lost ! Expecting 10 more kilo to loose !
