Recognizing that today’s mountain bikers are riding faster and confidently on more technical terrain, the legacy of DEORE XT is more important than ever. In 2019, our pinnacle mountain bike technologies will trickle down to SHIMANO DEORE XT M8100.

Shimano XT FC-M8100-1 12-speed Crank 175mm without Chainring

The Shimano XT FC-M8100 1x12-speed crank with 172 mm Q-factor, 52 mm chainline and 142 / 148 mm O.L.D stands for highest drive efficiency at low weight. It offers optimum power transmission and maximum speed for the new XT system, which only use 1 chainring. In addition to a new special 12-speed chain (CN-M8100) with the corresponding new 12-speed QUICK LINK lock, SHIMANO is also equipping the XT M8100 with new cranksets for 12-speed (FC-M8100/8120/8130-1). Most of them use 1-speed systems and a wide range of chainrings (28T to 36T) is available.
