At Field Futsal Academy, we believe our responsibility goes beyond developing great
players—we strive to shape confident, responsible, and well-rounded individuals.
After a year of working closely with our young athletes, we identified five core pillars that guide
every training session and every interaction:
🔹 Discipline – Building self-control, consistency, and accountability in everyday life.
🔹 Respect – Treating teammates, coaches, opponents, family, and the community with dignity and kindness.
🔹 Hard Work – Understanding that growth, success, and achievement come through effort and perseverance.
🔹 Timeliness – Valuing commitment, preparation, and the importance of showing up ready.
🔹 Awareness – Developing the ability to observe, think, learn, and make better decisions both
on and off the field.
These are more than academy values—they are life skills. They form the foundation upon which
young athletes grow into strong individuals, capable leaders, and responsible members of
society.
