Lot of us go to gym? Why? What is your sole intention? Great physique, huge biceps, chiseled abs, chest, glutes and legs for women, tone muscles, weight loss, belly fat etc. Some even come to workout just to out-excercise the crappy diet they took the other day. It's lot easier to over-consume or have junk food than it is to burn off. Most of us focus on these things while missing the very crucial aspect such as Diet. The essence of workout lies in diets and you sure as hell need to keep it in check.
